Our projects currently under construction represent a broad range in building type, use, and complexity in scope. Projects in progress range from multi-unit residential tower construction, hospitality, and institutional construction. Each project is uniquely challenging with respect to structural, mechanical and facade wall system requirements, and utilize the breadth of Gotham’s services including project management, estimating, mechanical, and electrical expertise.

Description: Supply and installation of approximately 4,000 square feet of curtain walls, 3,500 square feet of storefronts, 8 entrance doors, 206 lineal feet of sunshades and 2 canopies.

Description: Supply and installation of approximately 2243 square feet of storefronts, 500 sq ft of curtain walls, 35 windows, and 2 automatic entrances.
Products: 5600 series Curtain Walls (2” x 7”), 403 series Storefronts and 2700 series Projected Windows by EFCO. Plus SL500 series Sliding Doors by Besam Assa Abloy.

Description: Supply and installation of approximately 16,100 square feet of curtain wall and sunscreens.
